Returns & Refunds

Almost everything in this shop is one of a kind, and almost everything is old. I describe and photograph each piece as carefully and honestly as I can — including flaws. Age marks, wear and small repairs are part of what these objects are, and where they exist, I show them.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• The piece must come back in the same condition it arrived in, in equivalent packing.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except as below.

If I got something wrong

If a piece is meaningfully different from my description — not a matter of taste, but a matter of fact — tell me within 14 days and I will refund in full, including shipping in both directions. My descriptions are my responsibility.

Damage in transit

Every shipment is insured. Contact me with photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and I will handle the claim and make it right.

How to start a return

Just reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact page. You will always be answering to me directly, not to a system.
